Ferrule Inserts

Ferrule inserts are threaded cast-in receptacles for precast concrete connections — accept a coil bolt or coil rod at connection time and produce a flush panel surface. OCS carries the full ferrule catalogue: straight loop, flared loop, flared wing, thin slab, wing wall, and Exp coil ferrule variants in 3/8″ through 1-1/2″ thread sizes. Applications range from architectural facade attachment to structural moment connections in commercial precast. Every ferrule insert is manufactured to PCI standards, batch proof-load tested, and stocked across four U.S. hubs for 1–2 day shipping.
